SHIPPING
Shipping hemp products can be expensive. Products are light yet bulky enough to exceed Postal Service and UPS size limits, which increases the cost of shipping. At Goodekind, we are taking two important steps to try to combat this problem.
Commercial Pricing – Goodekind maintains commercial agreements with each of the shipping vendors and takes full advantage of all discounted pricing available to us. Any discounts are passed through to the customer. We hope that as our business grows, so will our ability to obtain better shipping discounts.
Processing and Shipping Time Policies
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of the order.
USPS accepts and delivers packages on Saturdays but not Sundays.
UPS does not accept or deliver packages on Saturdays or Sundays. [NOTE: UPS does have special Saturday delivery, but this incurs an extra charge. Our shipping estimates for UPS do not include this. If you need Saturday delivery through UPS, please contact us.]

Restricted Products
Some of Goodekind’s products are restricted in certain states. Goodekind reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason, including state restrictions.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Goodekind product for any reason at all, you can return it for a full refund. Visit our Contact Us page and let us know order number or retail store you purchased from and we’d be happy to refund your order, less shipping.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
